Senior Commercial Property Manager

A high‑impact senior role for an ambitious property professional ready to take the next step in their career. This position sits at the heart of a growing international commercial property business, working closely with senior leadership and global offices to drive strategy, growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow key client relationships, becoming a trusted strategic partner
  • Shape departmental strategy, budgets and business plans
  • Oversee and enhance the performance of a diverse commercial property portfolio
  • Manage all aspects of property operations: budgeting, service charges, rent collection, insurance, H&S, tenant matters and on‑site teams
  • Collaborate with legal, financial and technical advisors
  • Develop existing clients and unlock new business opportunities
  • Represent the business at senior level and support business development initiatives
  • Contribute to pre‑due‑diligence work and process improvements
  • Identify and recommend smarter systems and tools
  • Play a leading role in ESG planning and implementation

What You'll Bring

  • At least 5 years' experience in commercial property management
  • Strong initiative, sound judgement and the ability to operate independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, growth‑minded approach to business development
  • High attention to detail and strong competency across Microsoft Office
  • Ability to collaborate at all organisational levels and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
  • Degree qualified; SCSI/RICS and PSRA licence desirable but not essential
  • Full clean driver's licence
