Registered Valuer - Residential & Commercial Property & Land

An established property firm in Co. Kildare is seeking an experienced Registered Valuer to join its professional services team. The successful candidate will undertake a broad range of residential property, commercial property and land valuations, delivering high quality reports for personal, bank and probate purposes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified valuer looking to work within a respected practice, supporting a strong client base across Kildare and neighbouring counties.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive valuations of residential properties, commercial properties, development and agricultural land.

· Prepare clear, accurate valuation reports for:

  • Private clients
  • Lending institutions / secured lending
  • Probate and family settlement matters

· Undertake site inspections, market research, and comparative analysis in line with industry standards.

· Ensure all valuation work adheres to RICS/TEGoVA/Blue Book standards (depending on candidate accreditation).

· Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, solicitors, banks, and internal teams.

· Keep up to date with local market trends, regulatory updates, and valuation best practice.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· Registered Valuer status (RICS or equivalent recognised accreditation).

· Proven experience in residential & commercial property valuation and land valuation.

· Strong understanding of market dynamics in Kildare and the wider Leinster region.

· Demonstrable experience preparing valuations for:

  • Personal / private purposes
  • Bank / secured lending
  • Probate

· Excellent report writing, analytical, and communication skills.

· Full driver's licence and access to own transport for site visits.

Desirable Skills:

· Experience with estate management, land measurement, or development appraisals.

· Strong knowledge of planning frameworks and zoning considerations.

· Ability to work independently while managing a diverse and time sensitive workload.
