Financial Accountant / Newly Qualified Accountant | Dublin | Hybrid

A well-established, growing Irish business is seeking a newly qualified accountant to join its finance team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to make your first move into industry and gain broad, hands-on experience within a multi-entity, international environment.

This role offers strong exposure across month-end reporting, reconciliations, VAT, and financial reporting, with the opportunity to take on real responsibility from an early stage while working closely with an experienced finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of month-end journals, including accruals and prepayments

• Balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities

• Contribution to monthly management accounts and reporting packs

• Support with VAT returns and compliance across multiple jurisdictions

• Maintenance of the fixed asset register

• Involvement in audit processes and financial reporting

• Collaboration with teams across different regions

About You

• Newly qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) or close to qualification

• Strong grounding in accounting principles and month-end processes

• Experience with reconciliations and VAT

• Proficient in Excel

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

• Keen to move into a broad, hands-on industry role
