FP&A Accountant (High-Growth, Multi-Entity Business)

I'm working with a growing, multi-entity business operating across several European markets that is looking to hire a commercially focused FP&A Accountant.

This is a high-impact role partnering directly with senior leadership, giving you real influence over decision-making, performance, and growth strategy.

This is a newly created role based in their Dublin 15 HQ (hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting and forecasting across multiple business units
• Deliver meaningful analysis on margins, costs, and performance drivers
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to improve profitability
• Support tenders, pricing decisions, and business cases
• Drive better reporting, insights, and process improvements

Experience:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting
• Strong Excel skills. Power BI a bonus
• Confident communicator who can challenge and influence stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with a focus on driving performance
