They specialise in insurance‑based investment products designed for clients with more complex financial and investment needs. This role sits within a dynamic middle‑office team responsible for trade processing, cash management, and fund administration. It's an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build expertise across a broad range of financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record all trading activity on internal systems
- Ensure timely confirmation and settlement of trades across multiple asset classes
- Support asset trading and NAV production processes
- Reconcile daily trading cash accounts
- Manage outstanding trades and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to internal and external queries promptly
- Prepare and process electronic payments and match incoming funds
- Investigate cash and asset reconciliation breaks
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparties
About You
- 2+ years' experience in a similar finance or investment operations environment
- Background in fund administration, settlements, dealing, or related investment operations (preferred but not essential)
- Stamp4 visa or Irish/EU passport.
- Strong MS Excel and general IT skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem‑solving capability and analytical mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team
