Senior Financial Accountant

A growing Irish investment firm is looking to hire a Qualified Accountant to join its finance team, supporting a portfolio of real estate assets across Dublin city centre.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly financial and management reporting packs for institutional clients
* Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently
* Supporting annual budgeting and variance analysis alongside asset management teams
* Building strong relationships with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders
* Assisting with external audits and ensuring timely delivery of requirements
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Ideal Candidate:
* Fully qualified ACA / ACCA with 2-3 years PQE
* Strong experience in management accounts and financial reporting
* Property sector experience is advantageous (not essential)
* Strong Excel and accounting systems skills (e.g., Yardi, QuickBooks beneficial)
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
