Sales Executive (B2C) - Residential Property Development

Engage People are proud to partner with a leading Residential Property Development firm who have a high‑impact role driving the full contracting and closing journey for their customers. This position sits at the heart of the sales cycle ensuring deals progress smoothly, timelines are met, data stays sharp, and every stakeholder stays aligned. You'll champion a seamless customer experience while maintaining impeccable forecasting, CRM accuracy, and operational momentum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end‑to‑end customer contract journey from issue to exchange and closing.
  • Coordinate all legal documentation and ensure all parties-from solicitors to agents and housing bodies are aligned and moving at pace.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting by closely monitoring contract status, closing dates, and potential risks.
  • Lead regular operational meetings with legal and external partners to drive efficiency and proactively resolve issues.
  • Keep CRM systems (including Dynamics D365) fully up to date to ensure precise reporting across the business.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly contract status updates for leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Oversee all elements of the closing process, coordinating documentation, inspections, snags, valuations, and handover activities.
  • Collaborate with Site and Finishing teams to deliver a best‑in‑class customer journey from reservation to completion.
  • Maintain high quality standards throughout the sales process and contribute to the continuous enhancement of customer experience.
  • Apply an agile, growth‑oriented mindset to support the evolving housing portfolio and identify opportunities for improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years' experience in real estate, ideally within Property Economics, Property Development, Commercial Agency, or Estate Management.
  • Agency experience highly desirable.
  • Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and confident in identifying and solving problems proactively.
  • Comfortable working to ambitious timelines and quality targets.
  • Self‑starter who thrives on autonomy and initiative.
