Pension Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration of pension policies from start to finish
• Process new business applications and policy amendments
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Liaise with clients, providers, and internal teams to resolve queries
• Assist with pension transfers, contributions, and benefit payments
• Ensure all work is completed in line with compliance and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient client experience

Is this you?

• Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within financial services
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the pensions and financial planning space
