Mortgage Advisor - Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join one of Ireland's leading mortgage brokerages, operating at significant scale and having facilitated over €1 billion in mortgages in the past year alone.

Based in Dublin City Centre, this role offers a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office) alongside the opportunity to build a highly lucrative career, with top performers achieving six-figure+ earnings through a strong base and uncapped commission structure.

The Role

• Manage and develop a pipeline of clients, guiding them through the full mortgage journey from initial consultation to drawdown
• Deliver tailored, expert mortgage advice aligned to each client's financial goals and circumstances
• Build long-term relationships, generating repeat business and referrals
• Work closely with a wide panel of lenders to secure the most suitable and competitive mortgage solutions
• Provide a seamless, high-quality client experience with consistent communication throughout the process
• Partner with an experienced administrative support team to ensure efficient, compliant processing

About You

• QFA qualified (Qualified Financial Advisor)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a mortgage advisory role
• Broker experience is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of the Irish mortgage market and lender landscape
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, driven, and commercially focused
• Strong attention to detail with a client-first mindset
