Your responsibilities as Finance Manager

• Manage and optimise existing financing structures, including refinancing where appropriate
• Administer loan agreements and coordinate waivers or amendments as required
• Monitor and report on covenant compliance to ensure adherence to financing terms
• Maintain and enhance financial models to support liquidity and cash flow planning
• Oversee internal funding arrangements, including intercompany loans and equity movements
• Coordinate timely cash distributions in line with financing agreements
• Manage banking relationships and maintain regular engagement with key financial institutions
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external advisors to support financial operations

Your requirements as Finance Manager

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project finance, PPPs, or financial modelling
• Background in renewable energy or infrastructure is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP
• Fluency in English (Mandarin or a European language is a plus)
