Head of Finance

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader to work closely with the senior leadership team, influence key decisions, and help shape the future of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the finance team

• Own all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting

• Provide strategic insights and financial guidance to the executive team

• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and risk management

• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and reporting

• Act as a key partner across departments, supporting operational efficiency and growth

Experience:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally Head of Finance, Finance Director, or similar

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• A hands-on leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary/Remuneration

Strong base salary and package attached.
