Join a high-growth, well-known Financial Services Brand.

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact at a company that's growing fast, values its people, and is building a culture where everyone can thrive? We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic organisation and work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic people initiatives.

This is more than an operational HR role-it's an opportunity to influence the future of a forward-thinking company from the inside out. You'll help shape a workplace where employees feel supported, empowered, and aligned with the organisation's mission. If you're someone who thrives on collaboration, coaching leaders, and creating people-first strategies that fuel business success, this role could be for you.

The Role:

As a HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and deliver results through people.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on workforce planning, organisational design, and employee development.

  • Support recruitment efforts and work to develop internal talent pipelines.

  • Champion a culture of engagement by leading initiatives that drive wellbeing, inclusion, and retention.

  • Help deliver impactful learning and development solutions to enable growth across teams.

  • Promote fairness, equity, and diversity through inclusive people practices.

  • Provide expert support on employee relations and ensure compliance with employment legislation.

What We're Looking For:

  • A relationship-driven HR professional with experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commercially aware, with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Confident in managing change, with a solid understanding of organisational dynamics and best practice HR.

  • Familiar with employment law in Ireland and passionate about creating inclusive and positive employee experiences.

  • A background in HR generalist or HRBP roles, ideally with a strong focus on talent development and culture.

What's on Offer:

  • Salary: €70k to €80k, plus benefits.

  • A hybrid work model, with flexible start and finish times.

  • The opportunity to grow with an ambitious company where your ideas and impact will be visible and valued.

  • A culture that supports learning, celebrates individuality, and encourages fresh thinking.
