Group Finance Manager

A hugely successful Irish business with a turnover of over €4480m is looking to hire a Group Finance Manager.

As Finance Manager, you'll act as a true business partner, collaborating closely with senior leadership to support strategic decisions, deliver financial insight, and ensure best-in-class reporting and analysis. You'll have visibility across the full breadth of the division and gain hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, and commercial finance.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with commercial and operational teams to drive business performance

• Delivering timely, insightful management reporting and analysis

• Supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and in-year forecasting

• Leading cash flow analysis, working capital reviews, and supporting funding queries

• Developing and enhancing divisional reporting structures

• Playing a key role in audit, statutory reporting, and financial process improvements

• Supporting ad hoc projects with commercial and strategic impact

Experience:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with at least 3 years' PQE

• Commercially aware, with strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude

• A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with non-finance stakeholders
