About the Role

As a Personal Lines Executive, you'll work across a variety of client needs - from managing renewals and mid-term adjustments to identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell. You'll be the go-to contact for a diverse client base, handling queries with accuracy, confidence, and care.

This role requires flexibility, a strong understanding of personal lines products, and the ability to deliver excellent service in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

  • Manage renewals, amendments, and retention across personal lines portfolios
  • Secure cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through confident product knowledge
  • Deliver against monthly activity targets while maintaining compliance standards
  • Handle all policy documentation and client correspondence professionally and accurately

Customer Care

  • Respond to client queries across all personal lines products with clarity and empathy
  • Take full ownership of renewals, MTAs, account updates, and follow-up communications
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing on internal systems (Relay knowledge an advantage)

Team Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work collaboratively across teams to meet shared goals
  • Contribute to a positive, proactive culture within the department
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory procedures are adhered to at every stage

What You'll Need

  • APA Personal General Insurance (CIP desirable)
  • Previous experience in personal lines insurance, ideally in a busy brokerage environment
  • Strong knowledge of the full client servicing cycle - quotes, renewals, MTAs, claims follow-up
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident with systems (experience with Relay or similar CRM an advantage)
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage time, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
