Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: €85,000 - €100,000 + strong package

I'm working with a leading digital media company to find a Finance Manager to join their growing finance team. It's a brilliant opportunity to take on a key role in a creative, fast-paced environment. You'll report directly to the Group CFO and be involved in both the technical and strategic side of finance with real scope to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CFO and wider leadership team to support smart, commercial decisions

• Get stuck into finance projects that actually move the needle , growth, profitability, process improvements

• Play a hands-on role in budgeting, forecasting, and helping the business plan ahead with confidence

• Spot where things could be done better or faster and make it happen

• Partner with teams across the business, translating finance speak into useful insights they can act on

• Bring fresh ideas to the table - whether it's for reporting, systems, or how finance supports the wider business

• Help shape a solid, forward-thinking finance function that's fit for scale

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), ideally with Top 10 audit training

• Solid technical grounding in IFRS and group reporting

• Experience in fast-paced industries like media, digital, or tech is a big plus

• Strong audit and compliance background with a commercial mindset

• Confident working with stakeholders and contributing to wider business strategy

• Good Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP, Netsuite) a bonus

• Proactive, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves

• EU passport or Stamp 4G immigration status is essential
