As a Mortgage Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high operational standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing complaints and errors, and working closely with senior stakeholders at the heart of the business. The Role: what does the job involve?

• Manage day-to-day operational processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle complaints, errors, and regulatory breaches in a time efficient and compliant manner.
• Keep updated records and liaise with internal departments and external service providers.
• Support training and onboarding of new staff during peak periods.
• Provide administrative support to the COO and Operations Manager.

The Candidate:

1. Proven experience in the mortgage or financial services is essential.
2. Minimum APA (Loans and Regulations), QFA preferred or in progress.
3. Strong ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
4. Confident individual in dealing with senior-level stakeholders and external partners at C-suite level.
5. Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a busy workload.
