The Quality Assurance role plays a critical part in maintaining and improving the standards of operational efficiency-and ultimately, the overall customer experience.

The Role: what does the job involve?

• Conduct quality assurance testing against industry and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor and assess the quality and effectiveness of customer interactions, especially telephone calls, ensuring adherence to internal communications policies e.g. data protection, CPC, CCMA.
• Develop and manage testing schedules, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify potential issues in existing processes and support implementation of agreed solutions to mitigate risks.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and make recommendations and giving feedback for process improvements.

The Candidate:

1. Experience in a quality assurance or monitoring in the financial services is essential.
2. Minimum APA, QFA preferred or in progress.
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Strong ability to work independently, while also being a proactive team player.
5. Excellent communication skills with a customer centric focus.
6. Organised, with high standards for reporting and a passion for data protection.
7. Third level qualification is advantageous.
