Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of the finance function, driving planning, forecasting, and long-term sustainability
• Oversee corporate services including risk, legal, compliance, governance, and internal audit
• Provide commercial insight and financial leadership to the CEO, board, and senior team
• Ensure robust financial controls, transparency in reporting, and operational effectiveness
• Represent the organisation with key external stakeholders, including regulators and partners, with some occasional travel

About You

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with 5+ years of senior leadership experience
• Commercially astute, strategic in mindset, and comfortable influencing at executive and board level
• Experienced in leading corporate functions in dynamic, regulated, or mission-led environments
• A natural relationship builder, with an interest in representing the organisation externally
