What you'll be doing:

• Scheduling follow-ups and coordinating calls between clients and advisors
• Managing inbound and outbound customer communications
• Reviewing and updating documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Processing applications through online financial platforms
• Delivering professional service by phone and email
• Supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to a team-driven environment
• Helping to retain existing clients and assist with new business generation

What we're looking for:

• Experience in customer service, administration, or support roles
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Accuracy and the ability to explain information in a straightforward way
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office
• A positive, collaborative approach to working within a team
