About the Role

Our client, the largest independently owned Brokerage in the world, is expanding through acquisitions and continued growth. As a result, we are seeking Financial Planning Consultants to provide customer-focused financial planning advice to both individual and corporate clients.

The role involves delivering tailored financial planning solutions for retirement planning, pensions, and broader financial wellbeing. You will also help develop and grow a portfolio of clients, working across both group pension schemes and individual financial planning.

This is a senior position reporting directly to the Head of Financial Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional financial planning advice to individual and corporate clients.
• Manage and grow a strong client portfolio (corporate schemes, group pensions, and individuals).
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
• Translate complex financial products into clear, client-focused solutions.
• Mentor and assist in developing junior staff within the team.
• Represent our client in client meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Have at least 2 years' experience in financial services (individual and group pensions, financial advice).
• Hold QFA status (CFP an advantage).
• Demonstrate strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Be a self-starter with proven ability to meet commercial/financial targets.
• Show a strong understanding of financial, pension, and investment products.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client trust at a high level (accountants, trustees, advisers).

The Opportunity

Salary €75,000 - €90,000
