Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the regulatory authorisation process with the Central Bank of Ireland
• Ensure all compliance documentation and requirements are met to a high standard
• Support the wider team in aligning with regulatory expectations
• Maintain oversight of key compliance areas, including AML, data protection, and consumer protection
• Develop and manage the compliance monitoring framework and annual plan
• Prepare reports for senior leadership, board, and risk committees
• Act as a key contact for regulatory engagement, audits, and investigations
• Identify and implement process improvements across compliance and operations

Is this you?

• Proven experience in compliance within financial services or insurance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within regulatory frameworks and delivering to deadlines

What's on offer

• Salary: €65,000 to €70,000
• Hybrid working model (2 days onsite in South Dublin)
